If you have any delinquencies unpaid, a rebate check will not be forthcoming if the delinquent amount due exceeds the rebate amount. This delinquent information will be verified again after the due date. If the rebate amount exceeds the delinquent amount there will be a rebate refund mailed for the difference

If there has been an A/C, which is an Auditors Credit, that means there has been a reduction in your revised billing. The Auditor and/or Assessor will have to determine what the new rebate amount should be. Those checks will be forthcoming after further research is complete.
